Privacy Policy
What SnagTix collects
We collect the account details supplied by your sign-in provider, the Scouts and notification settings you create, connected notification destinations, and operational records needed to run and secure the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, monitor the ticket searches you request, deliver alerts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve SnagTix. Location-based Scouts may store a postal code and an approximate geographic point; SnagTix does not request a street address. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
SnagTix relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, event data, email, and other notification delivery. They receive only the information required to provide those services and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Scouts are private unless you choose to list their reusable target anonymously in the Scout Directory. Directory listings never display your identity or personal Scout name. You may pause or delete Scouts, change directory visibility, disconnect notification channels, and delete your SnagTix account from Settings. We may retain limited security, legal, or backup records where reasonably necessary.
