Terms of Service
The service
SnagTix monitors event information based on the Scouts you create and attempts to notify you when relevant ticket availability changes. SnagTix does not sell tickets and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Ticketmaster or any venue, artist, team, or ticket seller.
No guarantee of tickets or alerts
Event data, availability, prices, and sale times can change without notice. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. SnagTix does not guarantee that tickets will be available or that you will receive an alert before tickets sell out.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with other users, access accounts without permission, or use SnagTix in violation of law or third-party terms. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service and its users.
Accounts and changes
You are responsible for activity through your sign-in account and for keeping notification destinations accurate. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms as the service evolves.
Disclaimer and liability
SnagTix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost ticket opportunities, indirect damages, or failures caused by third-party services.
